Our Hardy Building is a teaching centre which offers 2 very large teaching rooms, 4 seminar rooms (for up to 30 people), and a lecture theatre with retractable tiered seating (for up to 180 people). The Bishop Greaves Theatre at Bishop Grosseteste University College Lincoln is a professional theatre used by Lincoln City Council as a venue for professional theatre companies. It is a 230-seater theatre with raked seating which gives excellent visibility. Both the Bishop Greaves Theatre and the smaller Studio Theatre have professional sound and lighting facilities and a well equipped theatre foyer. There are also two large workshops for creating set and props, a costume store and a large under stage storage area. Conference accommodation consists of 180 study bedrooms in three halls of residence and a separate house containing 20 en-suite rooms. All accommodation is on campus with easy access to all associated facilities. Lincoln is located in the east midland region of England, about 130 miles north of London, 40 miles from Nottingham and 50 miles from Leicester. The main east coast rail line from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh Waverley passes through Newark, 30 minutes south west of Lincoln by rail or road.
